Service Description

Healthy ministries are not built on passion alone but on systems that provide order, accountability, and sustainability. This course provides practical training in ministry administration, including workflow development, communication systems, scheduling, and program evaluation. Students will analyze case studies, assess existing structures within their own ministries, and design strategic frameworks that support long-term growth. Emphasis will be placed on creating Spirit-led systems that free leaders to focus on people and purpose rather than being consumed by chaos.
