WORSHIP -H.E.R.
Worship is not just a part of a church service. Neither is it when you listen to a gospel or contemporary Christian song, lift your hands, and you are moved to tears. Worship is the position you give something, or someone, in this case, God. In Worship-HER, students will learn that we were created to worship and have authentic relationship with God. By the end of the course, students will develop a deeper and more profound relationship with God, through practical steps that will help them make worship, not just a choice but a lifestyle.
Finance-HER
Course Description:
Stewarding Ministry Money with Integrity, Excellence, and Faith:
​
Financial stewardship is both a spiritual responsibility and a practical necessity. Finance-HER equips ministry leaders with the principles and tools to manage resources with transparency, discipline, and faith. As God elevates the call, He also refines the strategy. Topics include budgeting, fundraising, financial reporting, and aligning financial practices with biblical values. Students will gain confidence in creating ministry budgets, implementing accountability systems, and trusting God for provision while exercising wisdom. Same calling—greater stewardship for a new season.
Sow-HER
Course Description:
Sow-HER equips women in ministry with biblical principles and practical understanding of giving and sowing into God’s work. This course reframes generosity as obedience and partnership with God. Students will develop a generous spirit, understand stewardship from a kingdom perspective, and learn practical ways to sow into ministries meaningfully. Same calling—greater intentionality in giving for this new season.

Disciple-HER
Course Description:
Disciple-HER focuses on developing a lifestyle of discipleship that reflects spiritual maturity, relational investment, and obedience to Christ. This course challenges students to examine not just who they are discipling, but how they are doing it in this season. Through biblical foundations and practical application, women will learn how to grow spiritually, walk alongside others intentionally, and disciple from a place of alignment rather than routine. The calling to disciple remains—God is simply deepening the approach.
Outreach-HER
Course Description:
Outreach-HER empowers women to GO—into the highways and byways—with boldness, compassion, and confidence. Rooted in Luke 14:23, this course strengthens students to share their faith, testimony, and experiences authentically. In this season, outreach requires healing, wholeness, and obedience. This course ministers to the broken HER, the intimidated HER, the once-lost HER, and the restored HER—equipping women to reach others from a place of alignment, freedom, and purpose. Same calling—outreach with renewed courage and clarity.

This course reframes worship as relationship, obedience, and daily surrender. Students will develop a deeper connection with God through practical steps that cultivate consistent worship beyond the church service. Same calling—worship expressed with greater depth and intentionality.

Administrate-HER
Course Description:
Let’s get organized—with intention and purpose. Administrate-HER is designed for the everyday woman called to bring order to vision, whether at home, in business, or in ministry. In this season, God is refining how we organize, plan, and execute what He has already assigned. This course strengthens organizational skills in planning, implementation, and execution, helping students steward their God-given vision with clarity, strategy, and excellence. Same calling—now with a wiser, more effective approach..
Launch-HER
Course Description:
Preparing and Positioning New Initiatives for a Successful Start

Launch-HER helps leaders move from vision to execution with clarity and confidence. Whether launching a ministry, program, or initiative, this course provides spiritual discernment and strategic planning for a strong foundation. Students will learn to recognize divine timing, build the right team, and establish systems that support sustainable growth. In this season, God is not changing the vision—He is refining the approach. Each student will leave with a personalized launch strategy that is prayerfully aligned and practically sound.
Prepare-HER
Prepare-HER helps women confidently study the Word of God while aligning ministry vision with clear, actionable goals. This course equips leaders to balance faith and strategy, preparing them to move forward in their calling with wisdom, clarity, and a refined approach.
Measure-HER
Course Description:
Evaluating Ministry Effectiveness through Metrics, Feedback, and Fruitfulness

Healthy ministries don’t just grow—they measure growth. Measure-HER equips leaders to evaluate effectiveness using both spiritual fruit and practical data. Students will learn how to track attendance, engagement, outcomes, and testimonies without losing a faith-first focus. This course reframes measurement as stewardship—helping leaders celebrate wins, identify growth areas, and make informed decisions. Same calling—now measuring impact with wisdom and intentionality.
Staff-HER
Course Description:
Recruiting, Training, and Releasing the Right People for the Right Roles

Staff-HER is designed to help leaders steward vision through Spirit-led teams. God’s work is never meant to be carried alone, and this season requires discernment in how we build and lead people. This course teaches biblical principles of recruiting, training, and empowering teams while cultivating healthy ministry culture. Students will learn to identify gifts, build unity, and release people into their assignments without burnout or bottlenecks. Same calling—stronger teams through better strategy.
Teach-HER
Teaching with Authority, Under Authority

Teach-HER prepares women to communicate the Word of God with clarity, humility, and confidence. This course explores the role and responsibility of a teacher, the importance of submission to vision, and how to teach with both authority and accountability. Students will gain tools to strengthen their communication, discipleship, and instructional effectiveness. Same calling—teaching refined by alignment and obedience.

Pray-HER
Course Description:
Prayer is a vital way of communicating with God and building a relationship with Him. Prayer is not something that we check off a list, but it is our life line in our walk with God. In the Pray(HER) course you will learn the fundamentals of prayer, different ways to pray and practical ways to make prayer a part of your everyday life. At the end of this course, you will have a deeper relationship with God through prayer and you will use prayer to jump start your day and life!
