Worship is not just a part of a church service. Neither is it when you listen to a gospel or contemporary Christian song, lift your hands, and you are moved to tears. Worship is the position you give something, or someone, in this case, God. In Worship-HER, students will learn that we were created to worship and have authentic relationship with God. By the end of the course, students will develop a deeper and more profound relationship with God, through practical steps that will help them make worship, not just a choice but a lifestyle.

Course Description: Stewarding Ministry Money with Integrity, Excellence, and Faith
Financial stewardship is a spiritual responsibility and a practical necessity for every ministry leader. This course equips students with the principles and tools to manage ministry finances with transparency and excellence. Topics include budgeting, fundraising, financial reporting, and aligning financial practices with biblical values. Students will gain confidence in creating and presenting ministry budgets, implementing accountability systems, and trusting God for provision while exercising wisdom and discipline. By the end of the course, leaders will be prepared to handle resources in a way that honors God and builds credibility with people.

Course Description: The objective of the “Declare-HER” six-week course is to equip women with the knowledge, confidence, and faith to boldly declare God’s Word over their lives. This program focuses on understanding the power of spoken words, making faith confessions, and living a life of bold declarations in alignment with God’s promises.

Course Description: Building Systems that Strengthen and Sustain Ministry
Healthy ministries are not built on passion alone but on systems that provide order, accountability, and sustainability. This course provides practical training in ministry administration, including workflow development, communication systems, scheduling, and program evaluation. Students will analyze case studies, assess existing structures within their own ministries, and design strategic frameworks that support long-term growth. Emphasis will be placed on creating Spirit-led systems that free leaders to focus on people and purpose rather than being consumed by chaos.
Mentor-HER
Course Description: Developing Leaders Who Will Multiply the Vision
Every ministry is one generation away from decline unless leaders are intentional about mentoring the next wave of vision-carriers. This course empowers students to embrace the biblical mandate of discipleship and mentorship. Topics include identifying emerging leaders, building intentional mentoring relationships, and creating developmental pathways for growth. Students will examine case studies of mentoring in Scripture and history while also developing personalized mentoring plans for their own contexts. The course emphasizes that true leadership is not measured only by personal success but by how effectively one reproduces and multiplies leadership in others.
Strategize-HER
Mapping Ministry Goals and Aligning Them with God’s Vision
Vision without strategy often leads to frustration, while strategy without vision leads to drift. This course teaches leaders how to prayerfully discern God’s vision for their ministries and then translate that vision into actionable goals and measurable outcomes. Students will practice creating strategic ministry plans that balance faith and practicality, innovation and tradition. Key themes include aligning ministry goals with biblical mission, setting realistic timelines, and mobilizing people toward collective outcomes. Leaders will walk away equipped to move their ministries forward with clarity and conviction.

Course Description: Being a leader is more than just a title. In this course, students will not only learn what it means to be an effective leader but also identify qualities of an effective leader as well as learn leadership styles and leadership challenges. Students will gain knowledge that will grow the lead-HER
Know-HER
Course Description: Course Description: Women in the Bible are mighty examples of what we can do through our faith in God. Be inspired and fortified by these 8 dynamic traits of these women. Discover the background and life lessons of these strong women in the Bible.
Build-HER
Course Description: Participants in this course will explore a variety of skills to strengthen the whole HER. We will focus on the spirit of HER, the mind of HER, and the body of HER. If you desire to be effective in the things God has called you to, you must be sure that your foundation is strong. So, come, and let's build together!

Free-HER
Course Description: Have you dealt with or have suffered from physical, mental, sexual, or spiritual abuse? Have you experienced church hurt? This course will help you find the source of your trauma and be set free! (John 8:36). A familiar quote says, "Hurt people, hurt people," but with God, there is deliverance and healing. This course will teach you how to find the root of your trauma, provide strategies on how to overcome, steps to process your healing, and walk in your freedom.
Anoint-HER
Course Description: Cultivating a Fresh Flow of the Spirit for Life and Leadership
This course is designed to help women leaders deepen their spiritual intimacy with God while discovering how the anointing empowers their unique callings. Students will explore biblical foundations of the anointing, practical disciplines for sustaining a Spirit-filled life, and the relationship between spiritual vitality and effective leadership. Through teaching, reflection, and guided ministry practice, participants will be equipped to minister with authenticity, authority, and a renewed sense of passion.
Conquer-HER
Course Description: This course will give women the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to operate in her God-given authority. It will equip students to take control of any situation or circumstance that they encounter in ministry or their personal life by finding the conquer-HER that is already within HER.
Pray-HER
Course Description: Prayer is a vital way of communicating with God and building a relationship with Him. Prayer is not something that we check off a list, but it is our life line in our walk with God. In the Pray(HER) course you will learn the fundamentals of prayer, different ways to pray and practical ways to make prayer a part of your everyday life. At the end of this course, you will have a deeper relationship with God through prayer and you will use prayer to jump start your day and life!
