I am so delighted that you took the time to find out more about our school. The Lord gave me the vision to start this innovative institution of learning to assist women in five-fold ministry get their dreams from their heads to their hands. I pray that as you explore this site, you will feel the anointing of God and the confirmation to join us. We are committed to helping you achieve your ministerial goals. How Our Program Work
It's as easy as 123...
1. COURSES
Select courses from a wide range of classes offered currently on Monday's via zoom. Our class modules are 4 weeks and are taught by various ministry leaders from across the nation.

2. COACHING
After every 6 week module, you will receive 2 weeks of coaching/ teaching from Pastor Monica Haskell our CEO/Founder and International Coach. You will receive weekly videos and resources in our private FB group
3. CAMARADERIE
The H.E.R. Association is a fellowship with women from around the world. We have conferences, retreats, and social gatherings all designed to build a sisterhood and true friendship.
Our Program Work Our school is designed to be a lifelong learning opportunity so there is technically no graduation, however, you can obtain various certificates. You may cancel at any time, however, it's our desire that you see the value in continuous learning, coaching, and building environment. Women enrolled in H.E.R. are given ministry opportunities all over the world. You will have an opportunity to use your gifts across the nation and abroad in places such as Dubai, London, The Bahamas, Barbados, and more. We also have tons of virtual opportunities for student participation—the perfect blend of instruction and application.

Why Choose H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry for Your Online Education?H.E.R. is a radical approach to Kingdom education by providing classical learning, hands-on application, global opportunities, and fellowship. Utilizing the perfect blend of our 3 C's approach of courses, coaching, and camaraderie, we believe that all of these elements combined will create a well-rounded woman in ministry.

When is the enrollment deadline?H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry offers rolling admission, therefor you can start at any time.

What is the cost for enrollment?The regular cost of enrollment is $99/month. Payments must be set up for automatic draft and will occur on the same day each month as the day of your initial signup. We are currently offering a scholarships for all students.

What does the enrollment fee cover?Your monthly enrollment fee gives you access to all of the courses in H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry. You will be a part of a private Facebook group, with access to mentorship and coaching from Pastor Monica Haskell via live videos that she will post. Additionally, you become a part of the H.E.R. Association for Women in Ministry. As a part of this association, you will be able to build relationships and friendships with women from around the world. You will be eligible to participate in conferences, seminars, and retreats hosted by Pastor Monica Haskell for women who are a part of the association. Your enrollment fee does not cover the cost of additional classes or services hosted by Pastor Monica Haskell that are not directly associated with H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry. You are responsible for any costs associated with your participation or travel to or during your involvement or travel to any of the events hosted by Pastor Monica for H.E.R. Association for Women in Ministry.

May I pay for my course in installments?H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry is unable to accept payment in installments. Payments must be set up for automatic draft and will occur on the same day each month as the day of your initial enrollment.

Do you offer financial aid or discounts?Currently, we are offering all students a special enrollment discount of $20/month for a limited time only. Scholarships are offered to students based on the availability of funds and verifiable qualifications of the student. These scholarships cover up to one-year tuition. The scholarship process is very competitive, and funding is limited.

Are there any fees associated with withdrawing from my course?If for any reason, you are unable to proceed with your enrollment, you may be able to withdraw. Monthly tuition fees are not prorated, and all fees that have been processed are non-refundable.

How long does it take to complete a course?Each class is typically 50 min, meets on Mondays, and last for 6 weeks. We encourage students to set aside additional time during non-class hours to review and study because you will be working at your own pace. Our online education program requires a high level of commitment and self-discipline for each individual to receive the most benefit.

How many hours a week can I expect to spend on my course?Class times are typically 1-2 hours on Mondays and/or Saturdays. Do I have to take the courses in a particular order?Since enrollment is available on a rolling basis, some certificate programs may be in process when students enroll. We offer several courses that are not designated for a specific certificate program, so any of these courses can be taken in the meantime. Note: Prerequisites will be noted for you on the individual course page.

Is the certification program for me?Students who are working toward a certificate represent diverse backgrounds and ministry goals; they are pastors, youth ministers, worship leaders, small group leaders, lay-people, missionaries, businesswomen, retirees, and more. If you are looking to become better equipped to parent, counsel, pastor, lead, and serve, these courses are what you need to grow in biblical wisdom and practical application.

How do I begin working on the certificate program?All students are required to complete the Introduction to H.E.R. class before beginning any certificate program. This course is available every term. After completion of this class, students can then start to take the courses required for their particular certificate program.

What can I do with my H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry certificate?The certificate program provides a robust education. Our foundational courses provide knowledge and understanding of the core principles needed for women to successfully fulfill their assignment within the five-fold ministry. As students continue in the program, they can explore specific topics (for example: how to raise an offering, how to balance life and ministry, proper ministry etiquette, etc.) more deeply and comprehensively. Our certificate program can help train pastors and other ministry leaders but can also assist those in a variety of lay ministry responsibilities.

Does H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry ordain pastors or ministry leaders?H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry does not offer ordination for any ministry positions. Through the completion of our courses, ministry leaders are given the tools to prepare them for ordination through their own ministry/church affiliation or group.

Is H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry accredited?H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry education program is not accredited. Our certificate program's focus is to equip women in ministry within the context of building the local church ministry. However, some academic institutions may accept our coursework towards accredited degree programs.

Do H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry courses transfer into other institutions' degree programs?H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry is not an accredited institution nor offers a degree program. It is the prerogative of an institution/seminary to acknowledge H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry coursework towards a degree program. Please contact the Admissions or Registrar department of the school(s) you are considering to discuss the possibility of H.E.R. School of Women in Ministry courses applying towards a degree program. If you need a record of your courses, you can request an official transcript from our administrative office.

What are the credentials of the H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry instructors?All of our instructors have gone through a rigorous interview and certification process. Many currently serve in vocational ministry positions or are in leadership positions in their local church. This means they bring theory and practice together as they guide you through your coursework

Will I get personal attention?Yes. At H.E.R. School for Women in Ministry, your goals are important to us. Our instructors can give you the feedback and encouragement you need to succeed.

What happens if I have a technical problem?Our online course system is straightforward to use. Classes are held on Zoom Communications Online. We also will utilize our Facebook group to communicate to our students. Most students never experience a problem. If you have any questions or experience any difficulties, you may contact Dr. Melissa Bonds at HER@ispeakworldwide.com. However, we can only offer limited technical support. It is the student's responsibility to provide access to the Internet (through your Internet Service Provider), and to maintain your personal computer, tablet, or phone.
