Service Description

No leader is effective alone—ministry impact multiplies through the right team. This course focuses on the principles and practices of building healthy ministry teams. Students will explore biblical models of leadership delegation, modern strategies for volunteer recruitment, and methods for equipping teams to thrive. Training topics include onboarding, leadership development, conflict resolution, and empowering people to operate in their spiritual gifts. By the conclusion of the course, students will be equipped not only to gather a team but also to cultivate a culture of excellence, unity, and shared vision.
