Service Description

Every ministry is one generation away from decline unless leaders are intentional about mentoring the next wave of vision-carriers. This course empowers students to embrace the biblical mandate of discipleship and mentorship. Topics include identifying emerging leaders, building intentional mentoring relationships, and creating developmental pathways for growth. Students will examine case studies of mentoring in Scripture and history while also developing personalized mentoring plans for their own contexts. The course emphasizes that true leadership is not measured only by personal success but by how effectively one reproduces and multiplies leadership in others.
